Yes I am a former Volt-Host customer. I left due to them taking 2 to 4 days to respond to a ticket. O.O

But yeah something must have uploaded incorrectly. One thing that I use to have a problem with Volt-Host is half the time, i would end up having corrupted files on the server. I left them due to lack of support.
