Don't advertise IPs.


Use SetVehicleParamsForPlayer (https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/SetVehicleParamsForPlayer), when they connect, and when they login as a car jacker, unlock them again.

Search plus www.wiki.sa-mp.com is good.
