Extremely simple problem.
If your on windows XP/7/8 then:
1. After port forwading click start and search 'firewall'
2. After you clicked firewall, wait for it to load and then click change/add a file
3. If a popup asks you for administrator permission, click yes.
4. Find server.exe and in the public and private tick boxes, make sure they're both ticked.
5. Restart or GMX your server, you can go to sampdb to check if its online!
NOTE: make sure you give them your actual IP address not your internal one (192... Etc)
