Tente isto.
Obs: Vocк usou SetTimer para chamar uma callback com Parвmetro , enquanto o certo seria utilizar SetTimerEx.

Quanto ao segundo "Bug"(deveriam parar de usar este termo para coisas desse tipo) й sу criar uma variбvel multidimensinal:
