Well, honestly, you won't find exactly what you want. The best way is either edit a gamemode and make it to fit your needs or just start one from scratch.

You can find plenty working gamemodes but don't expect to fit your requirements, exactly as you wish.

Alright, you don't know how to script, there are 2 choices there too: Either learn scripting or ask / pay a scripter to make you the 'dreamed' gamemode.
