when he says gamemode/fs he means gamemodes OR filterscripts, which is why he didn't place a '+' ...
Changing strcmp to ZCMD, is very easy...

just change:

if(strcmp(cmdtext,"/mycommand",true) == 0)

to:

ZCMD:mycommand(playerid, params[])
