He can have a 100mb network at home, but i totally don't believe that he have 100mb upload.
The max at portugal, which we can get from a 100mb network is arround 10mb upload.

And by the way, order a vps / game server on a hosting company, really.
You will have a better cpu, more ram.
And the best of all:
you don't need to be worried about power outages, ddos attacks, and server maintenance.
Really, it get's more cheaper than you hosting servers at your home.
