I am looking for a new-experienced developer for a RP server, but not like all you see in this days, I got some awesome ideas, I am looking for a guy with an awesome mind and that can do all / most of the things i'll ask.

I will pay on the server, website and all what needed.
I am not paying for a developer, I am looking for a mate..
