Right click on SA-MP icon > Go to Properties > Compatibility > Check the 'Run this program as an administrator', click apply, close it.
Go in your GTA SA directory, right click gta_sa.exe, do the same thing.
Then, go into your screenshot folders and see if there is anything which is causing the problem, if there is, delete it.
And then, open the game, go to display controls and see if there is and weird option you might have set to which is causing the problem, and if all these steps don't work, reply.
