Well, this is the thing that always bugs me - using too many timers. I think timers don't present a problem if they're not too fast (I don't go under 1000 ms). If i understand correctly, you don't need looping timers, which is also a good thing. Try it out with debuging to see how it all works, but i don't think you would have problems with memory usage
