Im looking for command like /tie [ID] and /untie [ID] and i want to only to work in car
*I really dont understand this part TogglePlayerControllable(playerid, toggle);
toggle can be either 0 or 1, according to what you want (freeze or unfreeze).
Can someone write me the code or something or teach my word by word?
