Adding a mapping as a filterscript and gamemode

Hello, I own my own server and I would like to know why when I add mappings to my server via the game mode under "onggamemodeinit" , I get 26 errors. If I add it as a filterscript, I cannot see it in game and nothing shows up. Could someone please re-run me through what I'm supposed to do to make it work please?
