TextDrawCreate does not work,
i've tried this: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/TextDrawCreate and https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/TextDrawShowForPlayer
but still the text does not show.
So can anyone explain me how to do it right?
