This is a beyond retarded idea, the whole game would need to be recreated, the only thing they would keep would be the textures and sound files/etc, hell even those would need to be compressed to fit on a phone and lose quality, the fact you just automatically assume SA-MP Development would happen on any other OS besides Windows is plain retarded, they'd need to learn a whole new language and development style for what, so some people can play SA-MP on their phone?
