Yes,I have this problem.When i started my server everything was okay i could connect to my ip (my server)Everything worked until i asked my friend to come to my server.When he connected only thing he saw Retrieving Info,Please wait.It was really dissapointing.

I have HUB not router?? is that the portforwarding problem.I really need your help guys

What model and make of HUB do you have? And is it a HUB and a broadband mdem?
