/hedit is to edit the house Interior, Exterior, Class, Level, And Price. /hnext is too see the next house ID so you could use /hedit to create it
ex:
While in front of the door outside of the house type /hedit exterior 5 (you just create a house with the ID 5) Now you have to set the interior go to a certain coordinate and type /hedit Interior 5 so now when you type /enter in the house you will appear where you set it. /hedit class 5 3 (you just made the house a high level class). /hedit Level 5 50 (makes the house accept only level 50 buyers). /hedit price 5 100000000 (the house is a million dollars now)
