My friend used to get that same error on cod 4, it was his video card drivers weren't supported for the game

The fix should be simple enough, just use command lines on your gtasa shortcut to set a -width and -height that you know your monitor DOES support
-width 1024 -height 760 for example.
He means like, when you play gta sa, change your screen resolution. Like Width could be 1024 and Height could be 760.
