So i installed sa-mp again. The GTA San Andreas (single player) is working with no problem. I play MTA and it going with no problem too. But when i want play SA-MP 0.3e, i want to connect to my freinds server, but its not going. So i tried a random server, and its not working again...I start the game and this is going on and on:

I have Win7 x64, the game isnt blocked in firewall.
I just tried to reinstall everything but nothing helped...What should i do? Help please!
