Well I asusme that you got shell access and is on a Linux but doesn't know what killall samp03svr means? Since I previously said killall is related to Linux. Well it's a command which is a part of the psmisc package which you can install with "apt-get install psmisc" if you're a super user with sudo or even root. After you've installed the psmisc you can killall samp03svr, and the samp30svr is the representative of samp-server.exe in the Linux world. Also, as I mentioned before, htop is great if you want an overview of which processes are running currently.
