If you want to change the newbie spawn then go to a location in LS and /save where you want to get them spawned and open savedpositions in your GTA User File and use the line in OnPlayerRequestClass.
And if you want to move the pickup icons go to the place you want it placed at and /save again open up saved positions and use the first three lines leaving the skin id and place that On the CreatePickup which you want to bring at Los Santos and same method in other things.
