As the owner of the server we played on decided to retire, I took the liberty of creating a server for the players, most of them we're already in the community since 2007/2008, where we played on the public enemy script, so we had lots and lots of fun and a lot of memories came back.

I couldn't continue to host the server as long as I hoped and therefor decided to just release the work for others to enjoy it as much as we did.
