hi i need help with my server ( announce )

okay first off all i wil say happy 2009

and second i need help my server is online and i have my friends playing on it ( i have portforwarded ) my ploblem is that it woun't announce it to the internet i have it to anounce 1 and no firwealls is blocking announce or the other files what can i do ?.
