Lol, Y_less no need to be so negative. Celson merely meant that it hasn't been done before (At least I haven't seen it) and Independence thats a great idea, you could also remove the Arrow key movement and make each players screen follow their character in Overview mode.

Creatively chosen objects could be used in place of people and as DMSOrg said, actors should be available in 0.3
