You can do exactly that if you know your scripting. I wouldn't exactly be able to tell you this morning because I have pulled an all nighter. But you could probably make an OnPlayerJailed, and then when you use the /ajail command, you could maybe use ShowDialog - etc.... But you would need to switch around some stuff so you can use both /rpguide and to make sure it pops up OnPlayerJailed. If this makes sense.
