I had the same problem ages ago when I used to stick with some of my lovely vehicle mods. Delete all kind of mods what you've( also some of them screws up some other files which might injure your game and you even wouldn't be able to start it again ) Should be some kind of caution before using mods. Also, sa-mp always was against the mods, you see the conclusion now, though. Hopefully after deleting all mods you'll be on the line again.
