No, i have experienced this problem.

Re-install your GTA:SA and SA:MP. If problem is still there, go to My Documents/GTA San Andreas User Files/SAMP/USERDATA.DAT

In that file, delete all the things written down

NOTE : This deletes all your server IP in the faivorite section
Never mind... I reinstalled GTA:SA and SA:MP and the servers still won't load >_< .
