Crashing / Single Player Does Not Start

Hello, i have problems with SAMP and GTA (:youdontsay

. When i start any server it instantly crashes, message just pops up. When i try Single Player, nothing happens. Everything was alright until i installed M4 mod, but i made back up files and put them back and still, not working :/ . Can anyone help me out ?
