Hey Welcome to Samp Well my advice is to go to wiki samp Link : https://sampwiki.blast.hk/
After finishing it please take some time and download the samp windows pack from here Link : http://sa-mp.com/download.php
Open the pawn folder you will find something like pawn language guide it looks like an ebook open it and check it out it will help you alot.
Then at last come here to the forums and check this out link : https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=360911 thanks to fire cat for making that list
and at last download different gamemodes in my opinion start with TDM simple ones read them and check them out when you want to move to Rp in my opinion Walk through God father gamemode and vortex 2 gamemode and scripting help section will be always there ask questions but make sure no one asked them before and little note ****** is one of your best friends around here ****** anything or search on forums before posting a new thread it really makes Members / Some Mods angry and as kaisersouse said Angry mods push angry buttons and please one more thing if you are new here check out scripting help rules topic you can find it here.
