Hello guys i'd like to learn to script.I have few questions. There are all kind of tutorials here, but none of them explains why you need certain commands. I mean, what is #include <a_samp> and why i need it ? I want to understand. What is defining for ? If any of you can post me details about the most basic commands like these, i'd be grateful. Thank you.

Also, how long it took you to learn how to script ? Not to be a pro, but medium experienced scripter ?

P.S: What is dynamic house system ? What is "dynamic" thing at all ?
