Hello there is there anyone who can help me out? I have a problem, everytime i try compiling my script i keep on getting this:

fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "utils"

1 Error.

Can someone tell me what to do I already have the utils file in my includes folder. Please help. Thanks in advance.
