Allright, first of all im trying to make a CMD for Rcon wich is /Setvip [ID] [1] (1 means = VIP) So i DO NOT Want it to save on userfiles or W/e i just wan't to know how can i define the VIP "Usergroup" and so.

Allso is there any kind of callback like
"Public OnPlayerConnect"
Bla Bla Bla
IfPlayerName(playerid,"playername");?
