Estou com um dedicado canadense que й 64 bits e windows 2008, e nele nгo estou conseguindo abrir meu servidor de sa-mp...
ele nгo carrega plugin nem o gm, falando que nгo hб arquivo amx mais hб
eu abri o mesmo servidor com a mesma pasta em um VPS EUA e consegui, mais ele era 32 bits e windows server 2003
