The Server could be really good and unique if the city is well mapped in and you have lots of really good buildings scripted in. But if your server becomes popular the City would have to be huge to inhabit all of the players and the city would take forever to map in if you make all of the building well designed. But i think it would be a really good idea but it would require alot of hard and dedicated work.
