hello im trying to make 2 diffrent commands can ya help me out

So i want one that anyone can type /falling and it freezes them and will do /report falling right away so an admin can fix them..


and a second one for all cops fbi saas everything for the siren so i put it in there i just want them to be able to type /help and it be in there the command is /siren [1] Inside [2] Roof [3] Turn Off
