No, it's not DDoS, or errors which can be detectable with crashdetect, from days in days I have this problem too, I don't know why, a simple restart solve all for some days. Sometimes happen, sometimes not.

Those IPs are players which try to connect, at them it appear "Connection successfull" (or something like this) and nothing more, no "Connected to...".

Also, this happened at a friend's server too.
