2. Reinstall GTA - you did this
3. Delete file Documents \GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set
4. Change game directory
5. Reinstall video drivers
6. Try another copy of game
7. Is crash only in samp or in single player?
8. If only in samp is it on some server or on every server?
9. If it is on some server is crash in some place?
