GOT IT!.. Somehow, my IPv4 address changed
Now its fixed
For those of you who are having the same problem I had, this is how you fix it:
1. Check to see if your ports are forwarded (if not, forward them)
2. Make sure your firewall isn't blocking it
3. go to run
cmd
ipconfig /all
3rd set of numbers and names
IPv4
make sure your private ip has not changed
if it has, go to your router config and ser the private ip for the game to whatever it needs to be set to
