Matite, who also was a betatester, isn't the owner of GamerX anymore. He left SA-MP around 1 year ago, mainly to focus on 3D moddeling and life, and gave the ownership of the server to Ez who now is the lead developer.
And as said above, a good scriper doesn't mean he has to make public releases. He put all his effort into GamerX and SA-MP (remember he and the GamerX team created 90% of the SA-MP 0.3c objects)
