The custom img is the same as the gta3.img but it gets recognized over gta3.img therefor it will replace the vehicles, and the vehicles in gta3.img won't be seen or anything, same as for skins, But just do the same process as you mod gta3.img adding skins and vehicles to the custom.img, now for objects its a different story
