OnDialogResponse works for 3.0e?

Hey samp community!

Everything I do OnDialogResponse doesnt work for me!

If (response) SendClientMessage ("example") doesnt work.
I tested on rules and weapon Dialog and nothing happens.

If someone knows how how to make it work, please post it here.
