okay, please watch the following things:
Use tags, this is very irritating to read..
and, please check that the plugin is the same as the inlude, check that for the name, like blueg or sampmysql, and check that for versoin, V1 V2 and things like that..
maybe your versions/sorts don't match
EDIT: it is clear that the mysql plugin is wrong, since he gets all those MYSQL errors lol...
it could be he is missing more then 1 plugin though, maybe it's good if you post your includes line..
i mean, what is in your script. e.x: #include a_samp #include a_mysql
then we can check if you miss a plugin
