Akira's Tire and Siren Filterscript

The main thing about this script, is it's simple,

/cutterrims ( Add's Cutter Rims to your vehicle. )
/siren1 ( Add'd siren from 0.3d into the filterscript )
/siren2 ( Add'd siren from 0.3e into the filterscript. )

Nothing much just something to play around with.
