As you can see he said he has 10GB DDr2. If he moves over i5 he must change the motherboard, RAM.

From my point of view you should change everything. I got a low budget and i'll build a pretty nice PC.

CPU: i3-2100 @ 3.10Ghz
RAM: 4GB DDr3 @ 1600Mhz
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V LX
Case: Cooler Master Scout

And i'll use my current GPU and Power Supply.

Total: Ђ300

I'm sure it can run BF3 High/Ultra.
