Graphics help/question.
#1

I was thinking of changing my graphics card to a more enhanced one, I'm no pc nerd and I know absolutely nothing about the systems, so I need some help with this if possible. I have researched but as I know nothing I don't seem to understand anything.

I looked through my PC manual and I have a ASUS P5G41T-M LX2 Series motherboard, and my Graphic Information says

Intergrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (Intel GMA 4500)
Supports max. shared Memory of 1759MB
Supports RGB with Max. resolution of 2048 x 1536 z 32Bpp @ 75HZ.

As I said, I'll provide people with my pc specifications if you need it, but remember I have no knowledge of how to obtain this information, I'm only going by what It says in my Motherboard manual.

Heres another source which I followed a tutorial on how to obtain some information about my display.
