I fill it up like this:

Private IP: 192.168.2.101 - I got this ip in CMD/ipconfig/Ip adress
Computer name (Select): HOME-(RANDOM#'s)
Private Port: 7777
Type (Both,TCP,UDP): BOTH
Public Port: 7777
