As silent food has said, make sure your RCON password is something but not 'changeme'

also make sure that your gamemode in the config is the exact file name of your gamemode without SMX on the end

Oh and make sure the gamemode is actually in the 'gamemodes' folder.
Make sure its compiled to, so if your gamemode is called 'grandlarc' you should have a file 'grandlarc.smx' in the gamemodes folder
