1. Camtasia Studio offers something without the watermark (unlike Fraps), But afaik it isn't free....
2. Camtasia Studio offers Both Screen recording and video editing functionality other options below
- Adobe AE, imo this is by far the best when it comes to making effects and such, and is hard to learn for some people especially the beginners or newbies on video editing
- Sony Vegas Pro 11, though only for 64 bit, another option is the sony vegas 10 which is for both 32 and 64 bit os's, and this is the best (imo) when it comes to easy editing, easy to learn functionality and especially the sound editor, trimming, cutting, video resizing, cropping, And almost all of the functionality a video editing software has to offer....
