I'm lead admin on this server, not the owner. The owner restarts it constantly to test new script, and we are far more advanced in every way than other RP servers. Server hosted in Maryland, (USA West Coast), and people in England, almost entirely across the world, get 140 ping. It's not lag. Yes other people can connect, otherwise we wouldn't have been working on this server for the past 12 months... We are finally about to release, and we are all wondering if we need a new host.
