It can be because of the old version {if} you are using of the sa-mp client on your computer,it can be because of the mods you have downloaded for san-andreas.
Re-Install sa-mp and if it does not work then clear your Gta-San-andreas-user-Files and if that also does not work , then, re-install your san-andreas single player.
