[FilterScript] Special Vehicles

Intro
Hi, today I was bored so I'm making my second filterscript, Special Vehicles. You will need zcmd or else you will get an errors/warnings. Command, /sveh

Version 0.1 updates
- Destroy all the objects and vehicle after you spawn a new one
- Added Tropic (see the preview below)
